•  A non- refundable payment accompanies all bookings.
  
  
•  All participants carry their own insurance, the organisers will not be liable for any fire damage, accidents or loss or property.
  
  
• Overnight security is the owners responsibility. We would prefer owners stay on site overnight.
  
  
• Gates will open at 7am for Exhibitor set up, A move-in schedule will be issued closer to the show. If you have special requests please advise on your site order form. Sites must be clear by Monday noon.
  
  
• Vehicle access is prohibited throughout the show during the public access.
  
  
• Please ensure you park in the allocated exhibitor parking area.
